2. BASIC PROVISIONS

2.1. These GTC apply to purchases made in the webshop operating under the deshly.hu domain and the legal relationships arising from them.

2.2. An order in the webshop is considered a legal statement made by the customer through conclusive conduct electronically, which means acceptance of the terms of these GTC.

2.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of the GTC. The date of entry into force and the content of the modification will be published on the website, and previously registered users will be notified by e-mail. The modifications do not affect previously concluded contracts.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

3.1. The deshly.hu webshop exclusively offers products available in digital format, including, for example, downloadable templates, files, graphic materials, educational packages, or other digital content.

3.2. The prices for the products are always indicated as gross prices in Hungarian Forint (HUF). The Service Provider acts as a taxpayer outside the scope of VAT, so the invoiced prices are final amounts.

3.3. Purchases are made exclusively online via credit card payment using the Stripe system. After payment is completed, the product is immediately made available to the customer via e-mail notification or in their account.

3/A. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The digital products available in the deshly.hu webshop can only be used on devices and in a technical environment that meet the following minimum requirements. These conditions are necessary for the proper download, opening, and use of the digital content, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device has these capabilities.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or newer, or macOS 11.0 (Big Sur) or newer version
• Memory (RAM): at least 4 GB
• Storage: minimum 500 MB free space for downloading and storing the product(s)
• Processor: at least a 1.6 GHz, 64-bit, multi-core processor
• Screen resolution: minimum 1280x800 pixels recommended
• Internet connection: a one-time, functional internet access is required to download or access the products online. After downloading, the use of the products typically does not require a continuous internet connection.

The products are generally delivered in PDF, XLSX, CSV, PPTX, ZIP, JPG, PNG, or other common digital formats. Opening them requires software capable of handling them (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Excel 2023, file management applications, media players, etc.).

The customer expressly accepts that the Service Provider is not responsible for usability issues arising from an unsuitable device or software environment. Please check the system requirements before purchasing.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS

4.1. The customer can place the selected product in their cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button, and then begin the ordering process.

4.2. During the purchase, the customer is obliged to provide data that corresponds to reality. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or false data.

4.3. Before finalizing the payment, the customer has the opportunity to check and correct the data and the contents of the cart. Finalizing the payment also creates a payment obligation.

4.4. Following a successful payment, the Service Provider will immediately send the links necessary to download the ordered product(s) and the electronic invoice electronically.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. With regard to the sale of digital products, the customer is not entitled to the right of withdrawal if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior consent, and at the same time, the consumer has declared that they acknowledge losing their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

5.2. During the purchase process, the system always requires this waiver to be made, so the purchase can only be finalized upon its acceptance.

6. COMPLAINT HANDLING

6.1. The Service Provider makes every effort to resolve any problems related to purchases peacefully and effectively. If the customer has a complaint, it can be made in writing to the e-mail address info@deshly.hu.

6.2. We will respond to complaints in writing within 30 days at the latest. If the customer does not agree with the response, they are entitled to turn to the competent conciliation body or court according to their place of residence. 7. COPYRIGHTS

7.1. All digital content, graphic elements, data structures, and the source material of the products themselves available on the deshly.hu website are protected by copyright and are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.

7.2. The copying, distribution, adaptation, public performance, or resale of the products or their parts in any form is only possible with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.

8. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

8.1. In matters not regulated in these GTC, the provisions of Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code, the Elker. tv., and the relevant provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) shall govern.

8.2. The Parties shall strive to settle their disputes primarily through peaceful means. In the case of a consumer, the court of their place of residence has exclusive jurisdiction.

8.3. The Service Provider is entitled to modify or discontinue any content or operational element of the website, or the offered digital products at any time.

9. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data provided by customers complies in all respects with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and domestic data protection legislation.
